Weight Loss Daily Record Sheet – Free Printable
Well, well, well … I don´t know about you, but I’m already in full “Operation Bikini” mode! It´s March 1st, which means that we have exactly 3 months left for June, when it will get warmer and we will begin to wear lighter clothes…
A few months ago I published a post on how keeping a nutrition journal can help us lose weight. By recording our meals every day, we get a very accurate idea of what we eat. It is very helpful, since it allows us to identify what is most difficult for us, and how we can correct it. At the end of this post you can find a printable registration sheet that is much simpler, for those of you who don´t want to do anything too complicated like a daily nutrition journal (although it is highly recommended, even if only for a short period of time). It is a sheet where you can record the daily weight, the water that you drink, how much exercise you do and what things you need to improve or need help with. It´s not necessary to fill it in every day, you decide how often you would like to register: daily, once a week, every two weeks… whatever you want. I have made it assuming it would be done daily, so one sheet can be used for a whole month.
